Terms & Conditions

Terms & conditions for commissions:

  • Prices include research time, idea sketches, and SMALL revisions.

  • Payments are made via PayPal ONLY (in € EURO), unless otherwise specified.

  • I will not begin a commission until FULL payment has been received.

  • Commissions are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will be given a rough estimate for completion.

  • You can request a rush order for an additional 75% of commission cost to jump ahead of the queue.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

  • I will not be responsible for any mistakes on the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the client's responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.

  • The client is allowed to upload commissions I have created for them but must leave the watermark and give credit to me, but may not be used for-profit (advertising, selling, etc.) unless I have given explicit permission to do so.

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the client, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, or any kind of abuse.

  • Refunds may be requested at any time, but keep in mind the following points:

  1. Commissions are non-refundable during or after the colouring stage.

  2. If the client wishes to cancel a commission, the refunded amount will be determined by how much work has been completed. The client will receive what has been completed up until the point of refund.

  3. Commissions will be completed in the order that I receive payment.

  4. The client may not request to make changes to the commission once they have approved the sketch, otherwise it will count as a redraw.

  5. A redraw of any type of commission will count as a separate commission and will be charged as such.

  • Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned work(s) through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of commissioned work(s) through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, this will be considered an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.
